Reduce the time and cost of mold design and manufacturing: Through mold flow analysis, the flow behavior of plastics in the mold can be predicted before mold design and manufacturing, thereby avoiding design and manufacturing errors, reducing the number of mold modifications and mold trials, and reducing Cost and time.

For the Q/C of Mould

Mould Material Q/C:

  • Mould Steel Checking(Hardness, flaw detection)
  • Mould Standard Spare Parts Checking(hardness, size, flaw checking)

Mould Making Process Q/C:

  • Design checking (part design, mould design, mould engineering drawing)
  • Each part of mould's size checking after machining accordingto 2D drawing
  • Mould testing(check mould running condition)

Injectoin Mould Maintenance
  • a) When the mould is vacant, spray the anti-rust oil.
  • b) To clean the gate and cooling system regularly.
  • c) Avoid to use recycled material if the mould issuitable for virgin material only.

TOTAL: 45days for first mould testing after mould design confirmed, Check with customer's requirement again before mould shipping.
